Twenty One Letters is an an alternative Christian rock band coming directly out of Minneapolis. In January of 2011 a group of three friends decided to take their God given musical talents and put them to good use. The result was Twenty One Letters. The band consists of Nathan Ybarra on lead vocals and guitar, Jonathan Maley on lead electric, keys, banjo, and background vocals, as well as Neal Cameron on bass and background vocals.
Twenty One Letters has spent the last year touring all over the Midwest, being on the road constantly. In the past six months they've been blessed with the opportunity to play with such nationally touring bands as: House of Heroes, Hyland, Wavorly, Abandon Kansas, and Spoken. Their first single, "Without You", led to a licensing offer from a record company in Sourthern California. The offer was declined in order to pursue the completion of their first record, "Southern Lights". Most important of all is the heart behind what these guys are doing. "One of our biggest goals is to bring hope wherever we play," said Cameron. Their goal is to light up the world with the bulb of rock. |
"You show that you are a letter from Christ, the result of our ministry, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts." 2 Corinthians 3:3.
Listen to the sound of Twenty One Letters:When referring to the sound of Twenty One Letters, NEEDTOBREATHE bassist, Seth Bolt, remarked, "you guys have got something special."
